1. Aksept av vilkår / Acceptance of Terms

Ved å registrere deg på Axlo godtar du disse vilkårene. Dersom du ikke godtar vilkårene, kan du ikke bruke plattformen. / By registering on Axlo you accept these terms. If you do not accept the terms, you cannot use the platform.

2. Abonnement og betaling / Subscription and Payment

• Standard abonnement: 299 NOK per måned per bedrift / Standard subscription: 299 NOK per month per company
• Hver bedrift starter med gratis prosjektplasser / Each company starts with free project slots
• Betaling skjer månedlig via Stripe / Payment is processed monthly via Stripe
• Abonnementet fornyes automatisk / The subscription renews automatically
• Du kan si opp abonnementet når som helst fra dashbordet. Tilgang opprettholdes til slutten av faktureringsperioden / You can cancel the subscription anytime from the dashboard. Access is maintained until the end of the billing period

3. Bruk av plattformen / Platform Use

• Kun registrerte norske bedrifter med gyldig Org.nr kan bruke Axlo / Only registered Norwegian companies with a valid Org.nr can use Axlo
• Du er ansvarlig for nøyaktigheten av informasjonen du oppgir / You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide
• Det er forbudt å misbruke plattformen, sende spam eller publisere ulovlig innhold / It is prohibited to misuse the platform, send spam or publish illegal content

4. Axlo er en formidlingsplattform / Axlo is a Marketplace

Axlo er ikke part i kontrakter mellom bedrifter. Vi er ansvarlig for teknisk drift av plattformen, men ikke for kvaliteten på arbeid, avtaler eller tvister mellom bedriftene. Vi anbefaler alltid skriftlige kontrakter. / Axlo is not a party to contracts between companies. We are responsible for the technical operation of the platform, but not for the quality of work, agreements or disputes between companies. We always recommend written contracts.

5. Suspensjon av konto / Account Suspension

Axlo forbeholder seg retten til å suspendere eller avslutte kontoer som bryter disse vilkårene, uten varsel. / Axlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice.

6. Endringer i vilkår / Changes to Terms

Vi kan oppdatere disse vilkårene når som helst. Vesentlige endringer vil bli varslet via e-post 14 dager i forveien. / We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email 14 days in advance.

7. Gjeldende lov og tvisteløsning / Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Disse vilkårene er underlagt norsk lov. Eventuelle tvister løses i Oslo tingrett. / These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Oslo District Court.
